Lu Fermaner is a book cover design inspired by the iconic style of The New Yorker, reimagining it to reflect the charm and beauty of Fermo, a historic town in Italy’s Marche region. Created with nostalgia in mind, the project is a personal tribute to my hometown, as I live abroad and long for the landscapes and culture of Fermo.
Through bold lines, vibrant colors, and minimalist design, the cover captures the essence of Fermo's architecture, rolling hills, and Roman history while embracing a modern aesthetic. Featured in Marchigianer, Lu Fermaner celebrates Fermo's unique identity, blending its ancient heritage with contemporary art, and invites viewers to appreciate the beauty of small, lesser-known towns in Italy.
